For the following SO# 1367460. In MI# 10047252, there is an delivery note created and delivered 13EA when there was confirmed quantity was 15. Client was unable to deliver confirmed quantity and he has requested was there any way to check why there are 2 outstanding qty which didn’t ship together with others? Because there was 5 confirmed qty for Grid value 714, it should be able to delivery 15EA together:
There is a similar issue with the material 10047635:
Client wanted to create a new Delivery Note to ship the outstanding qty, and was not sure whether to change Delivery Date and Cancel Date too.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations

After analysis we came to know that there was no sufficient stock so that is the reason there were 2qty out standing and later on stock was available and ARun was done for remaining qty. And for other material need to extend the cancellation date to future so that they can do the ARun and delivery, And suggested to change the cancellation date for creating new delivery
Resolution
At the time of Arun there was no sufficient stock so there was 2 outstanding qty which didn't ship and later on since stock is available ARUN was done for balanced qty.
For MI # 10047635 need to extend the cancellation date to future so that we can do the ARUN and delivery.
Yes, for creating new delivery need to change the cancellation date.
